Hi, I’m Olivia! I’m a UX/UI and product designer, founder, wife, and mom of two, which means most days I’m solving some kind of problem, whether it’s an enterprise workflow, a product idea, or figuring out why no one is eating their food.

Professionally, I’ve spent my career designing complex products for companies like Rexel and Blue Yonder, while also building my own ventures, Bettabite and Case of Brilliance. I love taking something complicated, pulling it apart, figuring out what’s actually causing the friction, and turning it into an experience that feels almost obvious to the person using it.

Becoming a founder changed the way I design, too. I’ve had to think beyond the interface: What problem are we actually solving? Is this worth building? Will people use it? How does it support the business? How do we test it? And, occasionally, how on earth are we going to make money from it?

That’s probably the biggest thing I bring to my work: I don’t just want to make complicated products easier to use. I want to understand why they’re complicated in the first place.

I’m endlessly curious, I ask a lot of questions, and I genuinely love figuring things out. Good design, to me, is where user behavior, business goals, product strategy, and a little bit of common sense finally click together.
